Develop Your Facebook Marketing Strategy

Posted on January 12, 2014August 5, 2014

Homer Simpson D'ohI committed a cardinal sin by not posting to this blog for a couple of weeks. Yeah, I took time off and did not set my auto posts before disappearing.  I forgot the primary rule related to ‘measure twice and cut once’.

Sure, I double checked and verified all personal and property security were taken care of , BUT did not double check the business. Please learn from my mistake.

Okay, now let’s get back on track and build your 2014 into the best year ever for your  business.

Facebook along with YouTube is a critical advertising outlet. There are many benefits for advertising on Facebook (and YouTube) and developing your marketing strategy around Facebook. We’ll explore this over the next few posts.

What you need to know now is Facebook puts your message in front of more targeted sales prospects for less money than any other online advertising opportunity other than YouTube.

Youtube iconYouTube is a subject for another time. I will say this now….every top online money maker uploads many, many videos to YouTube. And YouTube costs $0.00…nada, zip, zilch.

You also want to build Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn into your digital marketing strategy. And I’ll get into that later…soon, but not today.

For now let’s focus on Facebook. I suggest you get started by learning Facebook, not just figuring out how to do a few things.

I’ll be teaching you solid Facebook tactics to employ in your digital marketing strategy. But you need to know things I will not go into.
