Are there really “Secrets” to mastering Internet traffic?
You bet there are. Without them Internet money-making rock stars would be just like the rest of us . . . trying to make a few bucks online.
How did these ‘rock stars’ learn these secrets?
The same way Thomas Edison invented the light bulb. They experimented. Top earners are self taught. They are the pioneers blazing paths to solid Internet incomes.
My advice to the rest of us is: Buy a training course! Get one taught by an Internet top earner. The top earners make $1,000,000+ every year. Some make much, much more that one million a year. They are the 1% of the 3% of people making money online.
If you want to make money online do you want to learn from some schmo you never heard of or do you want to learn from the folks paid gobs of money to do one-day workshops around the world? Do you know some of these people charge up to $25,000 for just ONE HOUR of private consultation?
One hour of their time is worth more than most of us make online in a year! And skeptics deride sales videos showing them riding around in $100,000 cars. Or vacationing at luxury resorts. Or living in multi-million dollar homes.
Here’s another secret: those fancy cars are often prizes for high sales of one product or another. Those photos at luxury resorts are often taken at events these top earners are paid to attend. Yep, when you make lots of money people give you things. How about that?
Here’s another thing you need to know: these high priced Internet men and women all have huge mailing lists. Their lists are built from TRAFFIC!
An industry rule-of-thumb is every name on your list is worth $1 a month. That’s right – have a list of 10,000 names and expect to bring in $10,000 from that list each and every month! Think about it. I know people with lists of more than 200 or 300 thousand names. And yes, they do bring in $200,000 or $300,000 a month from their list alone.
Perhaps now you understand that a quality training course teaching how to generate Internet traffic is worth quite a bit. Many ask why pay to learn when there are so many free training videos and blog posts available online.
That’s a good question.
It’s like attending school versus getting your education via a library card. Sure, all you will learn in a classroom is usually available at the local library. Well, library books do not have a live instructor inside ready to answer your questions. Or a method of getting further explanation for what you do not understand.
YouTube is great for ‘how-to’ videos. I visit YouTube often. Sometimes I search for something I don’t know. Other times I want to refresh my understanding of a subject. Mostly I want to see what’s out there. We both know much on the Internet is bogus. I want to know fact.
The good and bad with the Internet is what is posted is in the cloud forever. You may watch a PPC (pay-per-click) tutorial on YouTube originally posted one or two years ago. Doing what an older video describes may get you in trouble. That’s because Internet rules change constantly. Just ask anyone having problems keeping up with Facebook ads or Google AdWords.
Of course training courses may not be up to date, either. I have an excellent free webinar I no longer offer because it’s slightly out-of-date. The basics are sound. But some minor points are no longer valid.
Not everything is as fluid as the Internet. Some things do not change. A niche site of mine discusses a pastime that has changed little for hundreds of years. Equipment pursuing that recreation evolves annually. However, the basics have not changed. Tutorials, books, and other reference material on that subject from decades ago are generally valid today.
A valid reason for buying a course is consistency. Often beginners get lost in conflicting advice from ‘do-it-yourself’ or DIY training. When attempting to save a few bucks by seeking answers on blogs and YouTube one often gains confusing and incomplete information.
With a single training course served by a valid topic expert one is sure to remain on a proven path. An example is Pay-Per-Click (PPC) adverting. PPC is a must-have ingredient for most successful Internet businesses. I spent a few hours recently looking at informational videos online and believe my time better served by buying a course.
Some of the videos were engaging. Others presented information in a confusing manner. Some information is above my learning limit and other stuff is just words with inadequate graphics. It is a Time-Vampire for anyone clicking on the videos I watched.
Now, what are the 7 Steps to Mastering Internet Traffic?
Each of these steps is a module in the best traffic generating training I know. This is a full course taught by industry rock stars in the Traffic Masters Academy training course. Traffic Masters Academy teaches multiple avenues of traffic generation.
I own and use Traffic Masters Academy. Saying “I use it” means I go back to it often to refresh my understanding. Ican do that because I own Traffic Masters Academy. And I recommend it highly. I only recommend courses and products I personally own and evaluate.
Stay away from the ’miracle’ software programs that claim to automatically generate traffic. Those sales emails probably hit your inbox as often as they fill mine. The selling video and lengthy landing pages are often very enticing. And a cheap investment promises fast list growth.
Please do not fall for these slick sales tricks. Remember, you only get what you pay for. These are just distracting shiny things (lures) that do not sustain a business over time. Do not get sucked in.
Your primary goal is creating a sustainable revenue stream. I mean a continuous flow of money to your account. Of course, that depends on traffic. Just like any brick and mortar business, you need humans to come to your site (your store, so to speak) or your offer. Key to achieving that is a solid traffic building strategy.
Build your business with a strong foundation. That’s the only way to consistently earn money on the Internet. And Traffic Masters Academy is an excellent starting point.
