Seek help. There are many online assets ready to evaluate your Internet presence. Some are very cheap. Hire someone to evaluate your site and communication program.
This is a small investment compared to spending resources on a loser. You need to obsolete yourself before someone else does. You may be selling dead products with no perceived value to your audience.
If you make as much this year as you did last year you are falling behind. We’re operating in a serious inflation economy. People are still spending money. Are they spending in your niche?
Hang out with people more successful than you are. This can be difficult because successful people want to associate with their peers and people more successful than they are. I have had success reaching out to people I did not know, asking for a meeting over lunch or coffee to ask for their help. Of course, I received more invitation turndowns than acceptances.
Do not waste anyone’s time discussing anything other than business and seek solutions. Do not simply layout your problems. Plainly state the situation and ask, “I’m thinking about doing such-and-such. Do you think that will help?”
Remember you will not get a date to the prom if you do not ask.

To make more money in 2022 concentrate on net profits. The purpose of business is to create clients. Do it in a way to gain the most profit from your effort. Remember it is not how much you make. It is how much you keep.
Hire an independent third party to review your budget with critical eyes. Ask for sensible improvement recommendations. By hiring, I mean buy some time from a well-respected individual or firm. Ask around and be sure to vet their credentials. This is well-spent money. When meeting with that person do not be defensive. Try to learn something about your business when hearing what your ‘best friends will not tell you.
This is different from sharing glimpses of your financials with a peer-mentoring group. Here you are paying for professional advice bound to confidentiality. If warranted have the pro sign a nondisclosure document, especially if your business is engaged in propriety technology or must maintain customer confidentiality.
Budget adjustment is not just cutting expenses. A well-informed, success-oriented budget is no different from any success plan. There must be reasonably applied to both sides of the ledger.

There’s nothing like redecorating to freshen a tired house. Be positive in all you present. It is easy to fall into a negative mode when things go wrong. Be positive. If you feel burned out hire help. There are a lot of people ready on fiverr.com to move you forward.
Look at my recommended reading list. There’s a lot of valuable information and inspiration waiting for you. Just access it and get pumped. That light at the end of the tunnel isn’t a train. It is an opportunity waiting for you to take action.
